Christian Wagner advises companies as well as the Federal Government of Germany, the federal states and local authorities on specialised issues of EU law. Focus areas are EU State aid law and EU funding law. Another key area of expertise are regulatory issues of the EU common market, in particular on product safety and quality assurance. Christian Wagner also advises on questions of EU competition law. He represents his clients primarily in proceedings of the European Commission and before the EU courts.
