Luana advises on German and EU antitrust law as well as on energy law issues. A key practice area is advising companies and associations on fine proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office, on issues surrounding the design of distribution systems and on antitrust-related contract law. In energy law her focus is on renewable energies and decentralised energy supply. She also advises companies on network regulation. Luana represents companies in proceedings before the Federal Network Agency and in court proceedings related to energy law. Luana advises companies on all aspects of data protection law. She specialises in drafting data protection contracts, preparing and reviewing internal company guidelines and data protection declarations as well as advising in connection with compliance investigations. She advises in German and English.
