Sebastian advises and represents principals and contractors on all issues of construction and architects’ law. A further key practice area is insolvency law. He is active both in and out of court in both areas. His activities include providing legal support for construction projects, securing claims and enforcing rights in the event of the (imminent) insolvency of one of the parties. He also provides crisis-related advice to managing directors and shareholders and advises on insolvency avoidance law in order to avoid imminent repayment claims. His clients include public and private clients and contractors as well as large and medium-sized companies and private building owners.
