Dr Finke supports various offshore wind farm projects in the German North Sea and Baltic Sea from the permission phase through the construction to the operation phase. His focus is on a conflict-avoiding contract drafting, claim/anti-claim advice and, if necessary, arbitration proceedings.

 

Moreover, he frequently supports large volume property development projects for luxury residential buildings throughout Germany, from project conception through structuring of the project to the individual architect and trade contracts. Furthermore he often advises public principals on the structuring and implementation of sole contractor projects as the lead partner in a team of advisors. Project law advice on the avoidance of conflicts represents a further key practice area.
