Dr Finke's activities focus on structuring large-volume construction projects from the project idea to the exit for private and public clients. Conflict-avoiding project consulting, solution-oriented contract design and claim/anti-claim consulting in ongoing projects to ensure project implementation are the guiding principles of the consulting approach. Large-volume property development projects ranging from simple to luxurious residential and commercial construction and the legal structuring of these projects through to individual architect and trade contracts are part of the standard repertoire. Furthermore, as a responsible partner of a team of consultants, he regularly advises public clients on the implementation of general contractor contracts involving urban planning and architectural competitions. The spectrum of different projects supported by Dr. Finke ranges from various offshore wind farm projects in the German North Sea and Baltic Sea from the approval and construction phases to the operating phase to property development, school construction, hospital, cultural and hydraulic engineering projects. Dr. Finke regularly passes on his practical experience in many lectures and as part of his lectureship in construction law and construction management.
