Dominik advises on all issues relating to construction and architects’ law as well as real estate law. The focus of his practice is advising on all aspects of construction work for both the principal and the contractor. He provides comprehensive advice on the drafting and structuring of contracts relating to real estate (in particular construction contracts, lease contracts, purchase contracts and inheritable building right contracts), condominium law and real estate agent law. Other key practice areas include the provision of project-related advice and conflict prevention. In addition to advising on out-of-court dispute resolution, Dominik also assists clients by defending, securing and enforcing claims in litigious disputes.
