Oliver advises both principals and contractors on all legal issues surrounding the implementation of construction projects. This includes all questions relating to contract drafting and management as well as the implementation of and defence against compensation and damage claims. In addition to private construction law, Oliver also advises on real estate law and public law. He represents clients in out-of-court dispute resolution as well as in disputes before the courts.
