Prof. Dr Antonius Ewers

Antonius is specialized in national and cross-border corporate transactions, particularly in the field of corporate acquisitions. He frequently advises on the initiation, negotiation and implementation of corporate transactions. Another key practice area is corporate restructuring. Antonius also provides comprehensive advice on the law of partnerships and corporations and advises managing directors inter alia on avoiding liability risks and averting liability cases.

In addition, Antonius advises and represents companies in competition law, both strategically and with regard to individual measures.

Antonius supports large and medium-sized companies with a focus on the SME sector. He has extensive experience in advising companies in the industry and services sectors as well as financial investors.
