Fabian advises principals and contractors on legal issues surrounding the realisation of construction projects. This includes all aspects of contract drafting and contract management. In addition to private construction law, Fabian also advises on architects’ and engineers’ law. If it is not possible to find an amicable solution, Fabian represents clients both in and out of court, including in enforcement issues.
