Marcus Mandl advises both clients and contractors on all legal issues in connection with the realisation of construction projects. In particular, his advice covers the areas of contract drafting and execution as well as the enforcement of and defence against claims for remuneration and damages. Marcus Mandl represents clients in out-of-court disputes as well as in court disputes.
