Procurement law

Yael advises public principals as well as bidding companies in procurement projects on all issues relating to public procurement law. She supports public principals in the preparation and implementation of procurements procedures. Her work covers the procurement of construction and related planning services as well as supplies and services. For the bidder, Yael examines tender documents, supports the preparation of bids and takes measures to protect bidders’ rights. She represent public principals and bidders in public procurement review proceedings and in the enforcement of claims before civil courts.
