Prof. Dr Markus advises and represents contractors and principals on all questions of contract drafting, contract management and in the in-court and out-of-court implementation and defence of claims. A key practice area is the integrated legal and construction business advice on complex change orders and fault matters in close cooperation with the other internal and external construction advisers of his clients.
