Alongside his forensic – in particular also (international) (arbitral) tribunal – activity, Prof Dr Fuchs advises public and private principals and contractors, particularly in the field of legal project management for medium-sized and large national and international construction and plant construction projects as well as on the law of architects and engineers. Key areas of his practice are the health sector, especially hospital construction, major international plant construction and public infrastructure measures.
