Philipp Sievers advises principals and contractors alike on all legal issues relating to the implementation of construction projects. The advice includes all questions regarding the drafting and execution of contracts.

In addition to private construction law, Philipp Sievers also advises in particular on architectural and engineering law. If conflicts cannot be resolved amicably, Philipp Sievers represents clients in extrajudicial disputes as well as in court disputes

  • Research associate / Lawyer (promotion-accompanying) in a Frankfurt commercial law firm specializing in construction and Real estate law, 2017 to 2018
  • Lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 2017, at Kapellmann und Partner since 2018
