Dr Schlemmer advices in all questions of construction, plant engineering and real estate law. He represents principals and contractors extrajudicial and in court disputes. A focal point of Dr Schlemmer is the claim and anti-claim management on large construction and plant engineering projects. As part of the legal project management he acts from the conflict avoiding contract design and negotiation to announcement and implementation to the defects liability phase.
