Dr Jan Lundberg, MLE.
Dr Lundberg advises principals and contractors on all questions of public procurement law, including IT procurement. In addition, he advises principals and contractors on questions of private and public construction law as well as in the in-court and out-of-court enforcement of and defence against claims. The focus of his practice lies on large infrastructure projects.
