Dr Matthies advises and represents principals and contractors comprehensively on all questions of construction and architects’ law, in particular on all aspects of (construction) insolvency law. A further focus is on crisis-related advice for managing directors and shareholders as well as advice on all questions of the right of appeal in insolvency cases. Finally, his consultancy practice also focuses on the area of property development law in the context of property development measures, including the associated questions of WEG law.

His clients include public and private principals and contractors as well as large and medium-sized companies and private property owners.
