Dr Bruinier advises principals and contractors on all questions of contract drafting, conflict resolution and process management in the area of construction law. As a former judge in a construction industry chamber at the Regional Court of Hamburg, he has significant experience with regard to the conduct of a case. He is therefore also familiar with the perspective and working practices of the courts in construction matters. Furthermore, as a result of his earlier activity as a notary, he is well-versed in the legally proper drafting of all kinds of contracts, in particular in the context of property development projects and new establishments, restructurings and company purchases under company law.
