Dr Marc Opitz advises contracting entities and bidders on all questions of procurement law and contract law. He structures, plans and executes contract award procedures including contract design and negotiations and represents contracting entities and bidders in procurement review proceedings and lawsuits. His practice is focussed in particular on utilities, information technology and public transport.
