Dr Kerstin Müller advises extensively on complex engineering, construction and real estate projects, as well as on compliance issues. This includes contract drafting and contract management concerning all project-related agreements including the architects’, engineering and project management contracts as well as real-time advice during all project phases. Her activities also focus on advising on facility and building management. She represents clients in negotiations, as well as before courts and arbitral tribunals.
