Dr. Boris Derkum

Dr Derkum advises both principals and contractors on all questions concerning architects’ and private construction law. This includes the drafting and implementation of contracts as well as the legal enforcement of claims. Another area of expertise is the advice in banking and insurance matters. Furthermore, Dr Derkum advises clients in the area of Private International Law.
