Dr Janhsen advises companies and entrepreneurs on all aspects of corporate law. Dr Janhsen’s main focus involves the law of private limited companies and the law of partnerships as well as the guidance of company successions and asset successions. Dr Janhsen also supports companies in implementing compliance structures, conducting compliance audits and, if necessary, taking legal proceedings. Finally, Dr Janhsen supports members of the management to avoid risks of liability as well as to avert cases of liability.
