Beate Förtsch advises on issues under German and European competition law and EU state aid law. A key of her activity is advising companies and trade associations on competition law questions arising in the course of their daily business. Additionally, Beate Förtsch represents companies in proceedings of the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission concerning possible infringements of competition law requirements, in court proceedings relating to competition law as well as on establishing a compliance system. Furthermore, she advises private companies and public authorities on EU state aid law.
