With specialist lawyers in Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf and Munich, we advise throughout Germany on all questions of employment law as well as the related legal areas of social security, tax, commercial agency and service agreement law. Large and medium-sized companies, as well as board members, managing directors and senior executives consult us.

Individual employment law

We advise employers and employees on all questions concerning the employment relationship, e.g. on warnings, payment claims, occupational pension schemes, examining and drafting work certificates as well as negotiating termination agreements.

We negotiate, draft and examine employment and service agreements and provide support in the termination of employment and service relationships including representation in proceedings regarding unfair dismissal.

Collective employment law

We plan, examine and supervise corporate restructuring measures from the establishment of a company through to liquidation. We advise regarding rights of co-determination under the Works Constitution Act (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz) and on questions concerning transfer of business. We also frequently conduct labour court and conciliation committee proceedings.
